Is this an accredited degree I'll receive?

Yes. The Smith School of Business is accredited by the AACSB (American Association of Collegiate Schools of Business) and your diploma will read Masters of Business Administration.

Are the Executive MBA professors Smith School Faculty?

Yes, the instructors will primarily be Smith School Faculty. Some courses will be instructed by UIBE faculty.

What is the cost of the EMBA program?

The Executive MBA tuition is 388,000 RMB. Tuition is all inclusive and covers all books, required materials, student and administrative fees.

Is there homework?

There is no formal homework given during your session time, however there will be course pre-work and final assignments to be given by each professor for their session. This should be given no earlier than two weeks prior to the start of your session and completed two weeks after the conclusion of your session.

Each session will take place from Thursday through Sunday once per month.

Is there are residence session? If so, when are they?

Yes, at the end of the program in August, you will participate in your Capstone course at the University of Maryland College Park campus.

What are the required qualifications?

Most of our applicants are individuals with at least a 4 year undergraduate degree with a 3.0 GPA, between eight and twenty years of professional experience and significant management experience. Each candidate will be reviewed as a unique individual and the sum of his or her experiences evaluated during the admissions process.

Do I need a TOEFL?

What is included in tuition?
