Yoga Workshop for Charity: Nov. 29, 2008
The Smith School in association with The Library Project are offering you a great opportunity to begin or improve your Yoga practice and help children in need across China.
This Yoga workshop will introduce you to correct breathing, relaxation and postural techniques. Suitable for all ages and abilities, you can either come to discover Yoga or to improve your current practice.
Bring your friends, family and colleagues to discover Yoga and have fun while raising money for a fantastic charity!!
Donation: 150 RMB suggested, but any donation accepted. Please bring cash on the day, and all proceeds will be donated to support the Library Project.
Guidelines: Please bring your own Yoga mat and towel. Please refrain from eating at least 2 hours before class and make sure you drink plenty of water beforehand.
About The Library Project: The Library Project donates books and libraries to under financed elementary schools in China.
